I have a 1988 ford f 150 4x4 for sale here. I have invested over $3,500 in this truck in the past 6 months: I had the transmission completely rebuilt, new brakes on the front, new fuel pumps, new computer, new clutch fan, new thermostat, new temp sending unit, new rear main seal, tuned up, new window motors, new battery, and a rear end out of a 92'. Some of these repairs were needed some were precaution while i was working on it, it doesn't need anything mechanical that i know of, i bought it and did all this work to use as a fleet truck but upon putting a 1,200 pound utility bed and load it the rear end was sagging and needed larger springs on it. I had changed one of the fuel pumps a few months ago and while putting the bed back on i broke my hand, so i decided that if i took the bed back off anytime soon i was going to put it on my 1 ton crew cab since i did not need it to pull my boat anymore. I think this will make a great dependable truck for someone who will appreciate it for what it is. The seat is worn on the driver side from the previous owner who was short sliding in and out, it had 33" tire when i got it but replaced them with 31" 10.50. All these repairs have less than 5000 miles on them, but i cannot justify having 7 vehicles sitting around. please call 910 548 0498 for any questions that will get the fastest response. The only thing i know is needed is the front fuel tank filler needs to be extended about 5 " to fit in the filler hole, since this truck has a 3" bdy lift it will not work the way it is, just takes about 30 minutes and 20 bucks for a hose, the ac needs to be charged On Aug-30-10 at 11:38:55 PDT, seller added the following information: The engine is a 302 and the reserve price is 2500
