Vehicle Detail
1968 Dart G.T. Real G.T. coupe with factory 8 3/4 rear axle. Has the optional floor shifter with console.Power steering, 904 Transmission. Left the factory with the base G.T. 273 V8. Now has the well known bullitt proof 340 4V. Block number 2780930. This is the engine combination that the magazine's would write about taking some Big block cars. Also is a factory A/C car and has all of it's underdash equipment still fully functional and in place including the heater. If you add the under hood A/C parts, you will have a cold working system. Transmission has a 2500 stall with a street/strip shift kit. The 340 itself has a mild street cam and an Edelbrock Carb and intake system. As you can see from the picture's the interior is in extremely nice shape with no major flaws and show's well. The engine compartment has a lot of detail and underside floor / frames have no rust at all and still retains their factory undercoating/sound deadner. This car has none of the problem area's that most Chrysler's have of rotting out where the front torsion bars anchor.(Rust free and strong as seen in the picture's). The trunk floor is also rust free as well as the side drop's. The body and paint also show well for Cruise night's and Small car show's but still has some problem's as far as bubbling around the rear wheel opening's (Also seen in the picture's) The car drive's and steer's down the road extremely nice, just as it should. All the outside stainless and chrome is complete and show's well but not perfect. Feel free to call me to answer any question's at 847-428-9889 during the working hour's of 7A.M. to 5 P.M.
