THIS IS 1989 STEP VAN, 30, 8Cy with Auto-trans, 6 Good tires, No A/C. This truck is good for Ice Cream, Snacks business, or someone, who want to convert it as Mobile Car wash, using the compressor inside. The problem with this truck, is radiator leaks, driver's seat torn,other than that, you have a very good truck. I purchased this truck from NY Works Dept., a few weeks ago to use for Mobile Car wash, with the same description as I stated. I have called Auto Zone and the cost of Radiator is $145.00. This truck is parked, Niagra Falls, Works Dept.1785 New Road, Niagra Falls, NY 14304. If you are the winner of this auction, you may have to buy a new radiator. Having stated the above known conditions, please note that this is a used truck and I do not know, if there is any other deficiency, therefore is sold AS-Is. The battery to the gas engine for compressor may require recharging or replacement, but the compresor is in working condition, as I was told the truck was grounded some months back due to the Radiator issues. Please do not bid, if you are not interested to buy this truck. I can also end this bid, if I have a reasonable offer. The original title is with me and can be released as soon as you pay. Due to distance, as soon as your payment is received, I receive full payment, I will overnight the title to you. Payment: 1. Deposit of $250.00 must be paid through paypal within 24 hours of the end of this auction. 2, If you change your mind for any reason and decided not to continue with this transaction, after your initial $250.00(a) your deposit is non-refundable, unless or otherwise the description do not conform as stated above. (b) after your final payment and you drove out the vehicle away from the government yard, the transaction is regarded as completed and no refund of any payment shall be made. (c) 100% refund can be made, if buyer have physically inspected the vehicle and found discrepancy on description above. 3. The winning bidder can inspect the vehicle before final payment and if it do not conform with the description, his/her deposit will be refunded, provided he/she physically inspected the vehicle within 7 days of the end of the auction. 4. I would like payment to be made through paypal, for smooth transaction, provided that all the clauses are respected by both parties. 5. PICK UP. Pick up of this vehicle must be completed within 7 days of the end of this auction, unless or otherwise agreed for extra days. The daily parking fee of $10.00 may be charged, unless or otherwise agreed by writting for a longer period of time.
