Let me see if I can tell you about this Eclipse. Fist thing this is a second owner car. The current owner bought it from the lady that bought it new .The body condition tells that. Please make sure and look over all the pics. And email me with your ?'sI am selling this car for a fiend of mine that is in Afganastan right now. He has to sell it to help pay for his mother to have an operation,no really thats the deal. Now about the car . As you can see the engine is out . I'll get to that . First the body is in very good shape .No rust on the surface at all .Floors are in awsome shape . No rust on this car at all there ia a small dent in the left front fender above the tire about 6" long 2.5"wide ,but no paint loss or cracking there . The clear coat is comming off the driver mirror .The only bad thing about the body is the hood . Some sperm burp took the hood off laid it on the ground FLAT and walked on it .The tires are even in real good shape .You could sell them for a down payment for the 18"s it needs. The intirior is really in very good shape the lady that bought it new was a small woman . There is typical leather lines in the driver seat other that that the inside is in very good shape .The inside does not look like it has those miles on it ,Its been very well kept. Now about the engine. Well when my buddy bought it it ran like it was new . everything works ,but he wanted more power. After about 2 months of him "driving" the turbo crapped out . So he bought a new one, about 2 sizes bigger than stock .There is a pic. that shows it .I was able to get the name and #'s in the pic. Sorry don't ask what it is it only has about 1,000 miles on it .Look at the pic. you should know what you are looking at.Well the engine started to make "noise" down low.So he parked it and we pull the motor out and took it apart.It did not spin anything ,he got it shut down in time .Look at the crank pics. its got some copper on the crank ,but I can't find any groves . The bearings got hurt, thats how its supposed to happen .The head and cams are stock. Everything other than the turbo is stock. But man that bigger turbo really woke this thing up .With the all wheel drive this thing would really fly. Here is what you need to get it runn'n. A set of bearings ,turn the crank to get it cleaned up,A gasket set and it looks like it could use a clutch plate . Looks like the one it has is the stock one ,remember the lady owner . Take a weekend and a buddy .And you could have it runn'n .The all wheel drive worked great no noise or anything like that at all. Before we took the engine apart we did a compresion check . thats why we took it apart . It had strong even compression.THats about all I can think of to tell you about the car . The radio cost about a grand ,its one of those that you can watch movies on ,If you pay an xtra $400.00 over the winning bid I'll leave it in .Who ever put it in did a real good job . It looks right at home. Remember $400.00 more gets the radio. Now he's half way around the world .And now his momma needs an operation on her gallbladder or hemroids or something .I stopped paying attention,when he started talking about the operation sorry .
