One 1956 Buick Special 4 door sedan. I purchaed this car in 1997 and have completely restored it to like new condition. The restoration took place from 1997 until approx 2004. The paint, complete interior, glass, & chrome are all NEW. All of the stainless steel pieces were polished. Many parts are original, and many are NOS. Always stored in a climate controlled garage, and covered Equipped with the original engine and transmission with less than 22,200 original miles. The engine is the 322 ci V8 and the dynaflow automatic are both in excellent operating condition. This car can be driven anywhere. It runs smooth, quiet & cool. This is the base model Special 4 dr sedan, equipped with some factory options; padded dash, full wheel covers, power steering, and the light group(map, dome, underhood, glovebox, trunk lights). The original pushbutton AM radio is complete, but not working. The speedometer does not work, but the odometer does work. The Torque tube seal leaks. I am includeing some spare parts with the car. A speedometer cluster, the original working T3 headlights, spare tail light lenses, NOS door edge guards, a new torque tube seal kit, and a shop manual. Please see the pics and ask any questions.
