1950 Chevy 2 door LOW RESERVE ~ only a Percentage of Restoration Cost This is an amazing car. Straight 6 with the manual transmission. A LOT of money has been spent to restore this car. The chrome shines like new. The interior was redone at a cost of $3,000 and is amazing. It is gray and body color burgundy red. Wiring harness was completely replaced to ensure reliability, along with other things. The car was repainted for a cost of $3,000 a few years ago. The paint sparkles like brandy new. Also has the rare fender skirt options. All brake components were either rebuilt or replaced. The engine was overhauled less than 300 miles ago. Just this week the transmission was replaced with a fully rebuilt one. The bumpers both front and rear were rechromed. This car has had an extensive restoration and will easily make any classic car guy very very happy. This car runs incredibly well and could be driven from Baltimore to California and back without a problem. It needs nothing and is ready to take to shows or gain attention driving down any road. If you look very carefully and are really looking to find a flaw somewhere on this beauty, there are 3 very small chips in the paint, about the size of a pin head and a small amount of pitting on one vent window trim, other than that this car in exceptional condition. It will score a 1- at any show and with a couple hours of work a 1+.
