Fees and Taxes : Florida Cars USA charges a $295.00 dealer transaction fee. This fee covers title origination, issue of temporary tag, overnight mail delivery services, as well as fees associated in preparing documents related to the sale. If you are securing financing and your lending institution requires a lien to be filed, the charge is $105.00 to file a lien on your vehicle. Florida Cars USA will collect sales tax on all applicable residents residing in the state of Florida. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title or registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. If vehicle is driven on Florida highways and your State is a reciprocating state, we will collect sales tax up to 6%. Credit for sales tax collected is allowed by reciprocating states. Additional keys, owner's manuals, key fobs, CD cartridges and navigational diskettes may not be available if not included in the listing.
