For auction is a 1998 Ford F-150 regular cab lond bed pick up truck with 108,035 miles. It has a BAD CYLINDER. We have been needing a truck with a back seat so I decided not to repair this truck. The cylinder went bad two weeks ago and it misses badly and has less power. It currently has a Virginia state inspection sticker good through July 2011. In addition to the above features it has a hood bug deflector, side window rain guards, and bed liner all by Leonard. Power side mirrors. There is a 6 disc CD changer under the front seat that is currently disconnected. There is a rear sliding window and towing package. The transmission and four wheel drive work well. It has always had its regular maintenance including the following: 1) 2/15/07 @ 83,648 miles - new battery for $42.32. 2) 8/21/07 @ 86,887 miles - new starter for $81.68. 3) 4/06/08 @ ? miles - new heater core @ $579.94. 4) 2/02/09 @ 94,393 miles - new tires @ $555.47. 5) 5/31/10 @ 105,635 miles - new brakes @ $348.62. 6) 7/16/10 @ ? miles - new exhaust @ $452.52. There are a few minor problems to report which include the following: It has a squeaky dash that is worse with the vibration of the bad cylinder, a slight water leak from the back window glass seal during a hard rain, rusted sections on each side toward the back of the bed, a dent and scrape on the left side of the bed, missing one hub cap, and the fan squeeks when the vehicle is started. The fan has squeaked every since I bought it on 8/8/02 with 38,678 miles on it. This truck has served me well and with the cylinder repaired it will make a very good truck. It is located two miles from I-77 at Rocky Gap, Virginia. The vehicle is for pick up only and will not be delivered. There is a reasonable reserve price and thanks for looking.
