1994 Jeep Wrangler has potential. This vehicle is listed "junked" with the Calif DMV but the title can be revived. I use it to drive around my property. It has the smog stuff on it and seems to run well so I think it might pass. If somebody wants to revive it I will have it tested but no guarantee of anything. The 4wd works, it has a manual shift kit for the front axle. Great for parts or a great project. I just don't have the time. local pick up only
