Up for auction is our 2003 Volkswagen Eurovan MV with the Westfalia Weekender package. We are the original owners and purchased the van in 2003 from Duke Gold's Volkwagen in Indianapolis, IN. We are non-smokers and used the van for daily commuting and yearly vacations. Unfortunately, we purchased a Prius and have decided to downsize. We thoroughly enjoyed owning this van. It has great versatility, is very roomy, and absolutely unique! On the upside: the van is in excellent mechanical condition, no rust, and exceptionally clean. It has always been reliable. The van includes a dealer installed 6-CD changer under the passenger seat and a 2-inch receiver hitch. The Dunlop tires are OEM spec and have less than 3,000 miles on them. A wheel alignment was performed at the same time these tires were mounted. Regular maintenance at the scheduled intervals was performed over the lifetime of the van. Maintenance records are available. Two original key remotes and a single valet key come with the van (note: the key rings are broken). All accessories such as owner's manual, original cool box, rear screen, safety net, and the front curtain are included (see picture). Everything works on the van and it has never been in an accident. On the downside: the van does show normal signs of usage, such as a few scratches and dents. There is a scratch/dent on the front hood, a dent on the rear left quarter panel, and a dent on the tailgate under the license plate holder and above the rear window (see pictures). There is a small rock chip in the windshield, in the center on the driver's side. It was professionally repaired and remains slightly visible but has not been a distraction or safety concern to us. Final payment must be made with cash or a cashier's check. Pickup or shipping arrangements must be completed within 10 days of the winning bid unless other arrangements are made prior to the end of auction. The van is located 1-hour north of St. Louis, Missouri. Free pickup from the St. Louis Airport can be arranged. Happy bidding!
