Vehicle Detail

Here is a great 1974 Corvette Coupe that would be an easy project. This is a numbers matching car, having the original drive train. This car has a great frame, windshield frame, body, and decent interior. The car has Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows, A/C, Tilt/Tele steering column, Factory Alarm, and is an Automatic. The codes from the body tag are 56L, Bright Yellow, 400, black vinyl, and the build date is H12 The car needs brakes all the way around, front and rear bumper covers, tires, exhaust, front shocks, and a radiator. The engine and transmission have been rebuilt and have zero miles on them. The engine starts and runs fine and the car moves under it's own power. I have driven the car up and down my driveway. The front suspension has been partially rebuilt and has new ball joints, sway bar links, new springs, etc. New shocks were never installed in the front after the rebuild, so that is why they are needed. The rear suspension appears to be all original. The A/C compressor is included but it is out of the car. It appears it was never reinstalled after the engine rebuild. The black interior is in pretty good condition, driver quality or better. It mostly needs carpet and door panels, but a new set of door panels are included. It has an aftermarket radio. The body is in very good condition, and appears to only need the front and rear bumper covers. The original bumper covers cracked up and fell apart as so many of them do. The frame has the normal surface rust you might expect for a car of this age, but there is no rot or rusted out places. I have put this car up on my lift and looked it over very carefully, and the frame is great! I see no rust around the windshield frame. This car spent the last 16 years stored in a very good and dry garage. Before that, it was also garage kept most of it's life. As indicated, this is a very solid project car that would not take too much to put it on the road. Someone could have this car on the road in a very short time, and enjoy driving it the rest of the summer while they continued to work on it. The same person has owned this car for the last 31 years. Also, I have some dealership documentation showing the original owners information and the original owners manual, etc. Please look at the pictures carefully and ask any questions you might have.
