This car is is in good shape for the year, But still needs a few things done to make it a nice car. Here are the good things. 400 small block. air conditing. pwb, pws, and tilt steering. The body is fairly rust free as you can see. Door jams are clean and door rails are also rust free. All floor pans are good and the trunk is good. The engine bay is clean and fairly rust free. There is a little film of rust in the trunk floor.although a good steel bush would take that out. All sheet metal is straight except for a small crease in the passenger door towards the front on the seam line. Its like a softball mite have hit it. and the rear wheel well on both sides has a miner blemish also. the inner lip were the chrome molding would bolt to it has three or four small spots on the in side lip about 1/2 to 3/4 long. The vinal roof has been taken off. But the sheet metal is in good shape. The interior needs some work. I have the other door panel and back panels for the car. Far as the interior i would replace it all and recover the seats. The motor in this car is a small block 400 with a 350 automatic trans. The motor seems to run strong with tons of power. I beleive it mite have a 1500 to a 2000 stall converter in it. The intake on the motor is alunimuun early 70s. The car has headers and glass packs, so it has a nice sound to it. I put new high temp wires and plugs along with new points. Also put in a new thermostat. This motor has a deep oil pan on it. oil and new filter are changed. also has new motor mounts and trans mounts. wheels and tires are in good shape other then the side walls have a few cuts in them. The sun roof is old stial and should be resealed if you keep it. I was going to close it off. the chrome is with the car for the vinal roof. I took the car down to get some bids on getting the top closed off and paint the hole car. The did was 3100 to align trunk lid fix the ding in the door. fix the lip on the wheel well and close the top off and paint the hole car. Last thing. two days ago the car wouldn t turn over with the key. I can jump it easy at he starter. will try to figure it out if cant ill put a switch on it for a temporary use.
