1999 Ford Contour LX - 133K Miles This is a 1 owner, clean, non-smoking car. The car is in sound mechanical condition and runs fine. It has some cosmetic type issues (see below) and I also have a detailed mechanical history on it (see below for some recent/major items). There is also a clear title. The car has also been driven only locally the last 4 years - driven probably an average of 40-50 miles a month. The car has also never had a problem passing e-check. Car features: Power Windows, Power Locks, Cruise Control, AM/FM Cassette, Air Bags Recent & major mechanical repair history (a more comprehensive history can be provided as well): Aug 2009 - Power Steering Line fixed April 2009 - Two new rear tires, replaced valve cover gasket Dec 2008 - Rear brakes done June 2008 - Front brakes done May 2007 - Flux Unit fixed Jan 2007 - New timing belt Oct 2005 - Replaced thermostat & gasket Aug 2005 - cooling lines fixed April 2004 - trans servo cap replaced March 2004 - new spark plugs The cosmetic issues are: The front grill is missing Hood latch is broken - held down with bungie cord Rust along edge of car The drivers side window only goes down halfway The drivers side door handle sticks The locks are known to freeze in the winter The key no longer opens the trunk (have to use inside lever) The drivers side visor no longer stays up on its own One of the hubcaps does not match the other 3 The A/C works but takes a long time to get going and if you run too long or hard the temp gauge will go up The passenger side seat adjustment lever is no longer attached, you have to hold it on yourself to move the seat up or back.
