Up for Auction with a low reserve is a very well maintained 2003 Volkswagen Passat 1.8t Nice VW Alloy wheels, great stereo sound, clean interior, moonroof, nonsmoker, power windows and locks, 2 remotes, tiptronic trans., traction control, fog lights, etc. This car has been REALLY cared for. I just brought it to inspection 2 months ago, passed with no issues at all. Runs very smoothly, and very reliable. I would drive it anywhere and have taken it to Maine and back on several occasions, and never had a problem. This is a solid car in very nice condition. I had purchased this vehicle with very low mileage and know the history through and through. Oil changes every 3000 miles New air filter every summer. Transmission serviced at 110,000 miles by a very reliable technician Timing belt replaced at 100,000 miles, as suggested in the owners manual I just installed new brakes and rotors, nice pads, and cross drilled rotors for superior stopping. I also noticed a small exhaust leak, and fixed this just about 6 months ago. It was the "flex pipe", for those of you who know VW and Audi, these are a common fix that needs to be done around this time, so rest at ease, that is brand new. I don't use the air conditioner, but I tested it so I could mention it in the listing, it is truly VERY cold. Much colder than some new cars. Now I am not trying to cover ANYTHING up with this listing so as I said, I have had this vehicle for a long time and know the history very well... Tires are noisy, I put Bridgestone Potenza's on and they grip well but they are a few years old now, and will need to be replaced within the year. They have always been noisy tires.
