1986 Honda Rebel

This is a 1986 Honda 250 Rebel. It has just a little more then 4600 miles. I'm told it can get 70 mpg. This is a very nice bike for being 24 years old. I took it for a 20 mile ride. I took it up to 65 mph. I weigh 200. Everything works. Everything! Get on and ride it away! Your ass will determine how far! At 16, I would have rode it to Sturgis. At 54, the 20 mile ride was to far! I took it in on trade from a friend who had it for 18 years, and had 600 miles on it when he got it. The right side case, and shock mount bolt have a few scuffs on them. I was told it is garage rash. It has other chips and scuffs, as normal wear. That is all I can find wrong. It definately is not for me, but would make a very nice bike for someone who doesn't get to steer because they are to short. My grandson is 5 ft. nothing, and he can hold it up easily! It makes a great beginner bike, or college commuter at 70 MPG. It still has the stock tool kit. It has a handlebar mounted windshield, and leather saddlebags. Call with questions. 517-414-4869
