Up for sale is a 2004 BMW K1200 GT in Orient blue. This motorcycle currently has 25, 400 miles but I am still riding occasionally so it will have a few more. I am the second owner of this bike, originally from AZ I've had it for 2.5 years and put 9,000 miles on it. Mechanically it is in superb condition, 24,000 mile service recently completed and the Metzeler tires have only 2,000 miles. Cosmetically there are some flaws. When I purchased the bike it had already been dropped/ tipped over with some scratches. Nothing tragic but the right side bag appears to have gotten the worst of it. The windhield has some small marks, possibly stress fractures, it was that way when I got it.I had a tip over of my own with a couple of minor marks but the left hand guard cracked around one of the mounting points but it is still fully functional. Add ons to the bike include: K&N air filter, centech fuse block, auto switch, driving lights, Givi top box mounting plate, tall windscreen, laminar lip, headlight protector, key matched helmet lock, stainless steel bolt kit, Clymer repair manual, new oil filter, 4 qts of oil and any other items I have. This bike does have heated seats and grips but no cruise control. The winning bidder will be required to make a $500 non refundable deposit via paypal within 48 hrs. The balance will be due within 7 days unless you speak with me & we agree to other arrangements. Cash is preferred but I will accept a bank certified check. The balance can be paid with paypal but you will be responsible for the 3% fee. I will assist with shipping if possible but that cost is your responsibility.
