The first year they Saab made a convertible they made enough to ship only one to all of their dealers and they were all silver. This is a very nice example with low miles of this classic. Car spent many documented years im Florida and was bought by a local "Saab enthusiast ". a few years ago. He said the paint had faded so he had the car professionally preped and painted. There are no visable signs of rust or body damage. Even the trunk and the botton of the doors are clean. After the paint work was completed he had a new top installed and replaced the carpet. Interior leather is in good condition with less than normal wear. One repaied rip in the back seat. Dash has one crack, imagine that !. Mechanically the car runs very strong and I would have no trouble taking it on a extended trip. Automatic shifts smooth and Turbo kicks in when it should. Just a note of the automatic. I thought I wanted a stick but the rest of this car was so good that I bought it anyway. For cruising around the lakes with the top down with your favorite person next to you the auto is the only way to go. Power top goes up and down nice and smooth . PW all work. A/C is hooked up and compressor turns but blows hot , so a charge should fix that. Although if I kept it I would cut the A/C belt off, "It's a convert" ! And it puts less stress on the engine. Brakes, water pump, belts are all newer and the crank oil seal has been replaced. Oil always changed at 3000 miles. Clock does not work, nor do I have the key to lock the trunk. Just a few basic rules. I will not ship it to anywhere but the lower 48 states. If your in Canada, come get it or call me first. It's a 24 year car, it's as I described and sold AS IS, Where IS.
