1986 Jeep CJ7 Renegade What you get You get a badly rusted 1986 CJ7 that was used on a mail route for 9 years. She was then semi retired until the engine blew at 200,000+ miles. She's been sitting since then, but she still has some good parts. You get 4 chrome wheels with bad tires. You get 4 winter wheels, again with junk tires. You get a good back seat, out of the jeep and stored most of the time she was on the route, and 2 decent front bucket seats. The fiberglass top is in good shape except for 3 small holes where a warning light was mounted (they are sealed with screws and gaskets now and don't leak) and a new paint job. The gas tank leaks. As far as I know the transmission (replaced about 50,000 miles before the engine blew), rear end and FWD are in good shape. Basically you are getting several thousands of dollars worth of usable parts. What you see is what you get. Click on the pictures for a larger view. What you don't get You do not get a running vehicle. The engine is blown and won't even turn over. You do not get any guarantee or warranty, express or implied. You do not get shipping. Bring your wrecker when you come to pick her up. She worked hard for us and we were going to rebuild her, but crap happens and it never got done. Hope you can give second life to some of her parts!
