This vehicle is Guards Red with Black leather interior and a 5 speed manual transmission. The 911 was recently traded in at a local Porsche dealership and they performed the following services; Pa state inspection, replaced oil cooler and large S hose to cooler, replaced faulty left side manual window regulator assembly, replaced front and rear brake pads, and found left rear brake caliper siezed-rebuilt left rear brake caliper, about $2,000 worth of work-at a Porsche dealer. This vehicle is in fair condition and what I would classify as a driver. The vehicle shows relatively well, but there are imperfections in the paint, the interior does not have any major rips or tears, but is faded in some areas, The carpet in the front luggage compartment is new and just replaced. Amazingly the dashboard does not have any cracks. The vehicle runs very well, and the transmission shifts smoothly no gnashing of gears. You could buy this vehicle and either do a complete restoration, or dive it and restore it a little at a time. A decent paint job would bring this car to a pretty high standard! It can surely be driven and enjoyed without paint. There is no rust that I can find on the car. There is very little substantial wear on the vehicle. The tires are in great condition and the brake pads are new. The engine compartment is quite clean. The fuel injection works great. The car starts right up. The transmission shifts smoothly, and yes, I checked the synchros. The car was leaking oil from a faulty oil cooler and this was replaced. It does still drip some oil when sitting, very common on older 911's. The vehicle does not have air conditioning as many 77 builds did not, and remember, AC, power brakes, power steering are very rare on a euro build. The car does not have a operating cigar lighter. The cassette door on the radio is missing and when I turned on the radio I was surprised to get sound, yes, actual music, from the stereo. The engine runs well and sounds great when revved. Overall the paint looks great when walking up to the car. The car has been repainted once before. The hood and trunk lids have some sort of imperfection/texture in the paint. There are a few other imperfections in the paint around the car. I will try hard to get them to appear in the photos. The drivers door has some paint cracking at the top and door edge chips on the edge. Overall, no substantial bodywork needs to be done. Please look at the photos. I took many pictures to show everything both good and bad. It's a nice car! The interior is in very nice condition. No cracks on Dash, carpets look great and the floorpans under the carpet look great. The seats are not ripped or torn in any way. The targa roof headliner is in very nice condition and does hang down a smidgeon. Aftermarket radio does work, but only seems to get one station, maybe more with a little playing with it. The windows have a well done dark window tint on them. I noticed the rear wiper does not operate maybe a switch, fuse, motor? Front wipers and all lights work fine. No power steering, brakes or windows. It does have power mirors. A great, fun Driver! Warranty Information As Is, No WarrantyDue to the age of this vehicle it is being offerred As/Is. Thank you for viewing our 1977 Porsche 911S Targa. This vehicle is Guards Red with Black leather interior and a 5 speed manual transmission. The 911 was recently traded in at a local Porsche dealership and they performed the following services; Pa state inspection, replaced oil cooler and large S hose to cooler, replaced faulty left side manual window regulator assembly, replaced front and rear brake pads, and found left rear brake caliper siezed-rebuilt left rear brake caliper, about $2,000 worth of work-at a Porsche dealer. This vehicle is in fair condition and what I would classify as a driver. The vehicle shows relatively well, but there are imperfections in the paint, the interior does not have any major rips or tears, but is faded in some areas, The carpet in the front luggage compartment is new and just replaced. Amazingly the dashboard does not have any cracks. The vehicle runs very well, and the transmission shifts smoothly no gnashing of gears. You could buy this vehicle and either do a complete restoration, or dive it and restore it a little at a time. A decent paint job would bring this car to a pretty high standard! It can surely be driven and enjoyed without paint. There is no rust that I can find on the car.

There is very little substantial wear on the vehicle. The tires are in great condition and the brake pads are new. The engine compartment is quite clean. The fuel injection works great. The car starts right up. The transmission shifts smoothly, and yes, I checked the synchros. The car was leaking oil from a faulty oil cooler and this was replaced. It does still drip some oil when sitting, very common on older 911's. The vehicle does not have air conditioning as many 77 builds did not, and remember, AC, power brakes, power steering are very rare on a euro build. The car does not have a operating cigar lighter. The cassette door on the radio is missing and when I turned on the radio I was surprised to get sound, yes, actual music, from the stereo. The engine runs well and sounds great when revved.

Overall the paint looks great when walking up to the car. The car has been repainted once before. The hood and trunk lids have some sort of imperfection/texture in the paint. There are a few other imperfections in the paint around the car. I will try hard to get them to appear in the photos. The drivers door has some paint cracking at the top and door edge chips on the edge. Overall, no substantial bodywork needs to be done. Please look at the photos. I took many pictures to show everything both good and bad. It's a nice car!

The interior is in very nice condition. No cracks on Dash, carpets look great and the floorpans under the carpet look great. The seats are not ripped or torn in any way. The targa roof headliner is in very nice condition and does hang down a smidgeon. Aftermarket radio does work, but only seems to get one station, maybe more with a little playing with it. The windows have a well done dark window tint on them. I noticed the rear wiper does not operate maybe a switch, fuse, motor? Front wipers and all lights work fine.

No power steering, brakes or windows. It does have power mirors.
