1972 Volkswagon Karmann in great condition This is a strong running car and very dependable. My dad bought this car for me as a first car. I used it to go back and forth to college and has been very reliable. Having a baby and need quick cash (hate to see her go). My father advised me that he paid $6500 for the car before floorpan work, new carpet kit, and others. He has a lot of experience with VW's and if he was a buyer he would pay $7500 for this car. I have reduced the price so that I do not get a lot of phone calls and haggling. There is a small dent in the front nose of the car ( appraisal to fix= apx.$500) which is another reason for GREAT Price.This car has a some minor cosmetic issues (listed above) but the body is solid and rust free. Does not burn oil. Compression is great. New points and condenser. New distributor, cap, and rotor button. New plugs, wires. New fuel pump, throttle cable. New heater cables. The odometer reads: 54,403Resided in NC until a year ago when I moved to FL. Very nice paint job. The floor pan is clear of any rust. There is some minor rust bubbling in the rocker panel underneath paint. CD Player installed.
