You are bidding on a 1988 Subaru XT6, 5 speed manual, full time 4wd with 97,377 miles purchased new by my ex-wife. Many of the parts should fit the other XT years (1985 - 1991). There is considerable rust and it is not repairable; this is for the parts only. However, it has never been in an accident and things like the bumper covers (I see them going for $90) are in nice shape. Most of the interior is quite nice. One of the original XT alloy wheels (have seen them for $110) was severely damaged by road debris, but 3 are ok but in need of polishing. The car was running fine when parked in August of 2002 to repair rusted brake lines (replaced them and master cylinder, but never got brake lines bled). Ex-wife sold it to me and I have clear title. Perfect for someone (how about an XT club?) restoring an XT and willing to sell any parts not needed to help defray cost of purchase. Located in Oak Park, IL (Chicago). Purchaser is responsible for transportation/shipping (it is NOT drivable and, one wheel will not support a tire). U.S. bidders only (Canada OK if you know how to 'export').
