Up for auction is an awesome 1973 Opel Gt project car . The car is viper yellow with a viper blue racing stripe down the center. It has the widened fender flares and the racing wheels already. The paint is in great condition with no scratches or chips. The interior is rough and will need to be refinished , there are alot of extra parts that will come with the car and are pictured....If you have done your homework in which I would assume you have becauase this Opel has caught your eye you will know that you would spend the asking price of the car one the body kit and wheels and tires alone ....and by the way if your planning to do this on another car it is a job ! .......the car was running when stored and with a little tlc should run again....any questions just ask and bid with confidence.. With that said it is definetly a project car but I say that in a good way. There are no major issues with the car at least nothing that you wouldn't expect from a car this age that falls under the fixer upper category. I will address the the concerns that have been asked..1.the engine ...the car was running 5 years ago when the project started and shouldn't be hard to get running again...2. the interior...it's a 73 and has never been redone but it is standard when building a car to do the interior last (just didn't make it that far)...3...the floor are solid and nothing on this car is rusted thru..the body is in great shape with new paint,a body kit which.alone cost more than what I'm asking...if interested let me know if not have a great weekend.
