1979 10th Anniversary Trans Am in great shape. Car was stripped to bare metal and painted with PPG base coat and clear coat. New decals were applied. Engine was removed and all gasket and seals were replaced. Engine campartment was sand blasted and painted in a low luster black. New water pump, alternator, power steering pump, all hoses and belts were replaced. The carburator was rebuilt. Engine wiring harness was also replaced. New calipers, rotors and brake pads were installed on all four wheels. Rims were cleaned and new tires were installed. Undercarriage was cleaned and painted in a semi-gloss black. Exhaust was replaced from the exhaust manifolds back. New catalytic converter, mufflers, and all pipes were replaced. The interior has new carpet, headliner and package tray. The dash is in excellent condition with no cracks. The seats and door panels are original and show a little wear. The leather from the steering wheel is missing. There is a scratch on the hood (can be seen in one of the picutres). The car needs the following to complete. Install battery and battery cables. Connect engine wiring to starter, alternator and some other miscellaneous wiring. All the fluids need to be added and the gas from the tank drained and fresh gas added before the car is started. I have been working on this car for over three years but due to long hours at work I have not been able to finish. I have over $20,000 invested in the car, but I am setting a very low reserve.
