The motor is tired and has a noisy connecting rod knock but starts right up. It will indeed need to be rebuilt or replaced. Interior is in fair shape, small crack in the dash and someone had tried to paint the red carpet black. Little surface rust, faded paint and some fixable dents but overall the body is in very solid shape for its year. Floor boards and wheel wells are in good shape. Brand new altenator ($75) The car does drive but I would strongly recommend trailoring it home. Would make a great project car!
