1964 FORD GALAXIE 500 XL CONVERTIBLE This 1964 Ford Galaxie 500 XL convertible is a sweetheart! Look at everything included in this vehicle: Factory air conditioned. Color -Red body color with NEW white top. The top has a glass back window. Interior - black. Engine - 390 cu. in. with 4-bbl carburetor. Transmission - 4-speed standard shift....."4 on the floor." Power steering & power brakes. New Tires. Power top. AM radio...It works! All lights, interior & exterior are working. Rechromed bumpers. Rebuilt 390 engine.....100 miles on the rebuild. Rebuilt 4-speed. New clutch & pressure plate. New plugs & points. New rug & new trunk mat. New convertible top & well liner. New heater core. New radiator. VIN: 4G69Z213176 Fender skirts are included. There are 77,100 actual miles on this vehicle. This car was in the restoration process for years by two other people. We completed the project just last week! The car is solid. There is no rust. The undercarriage is excellent. Also, the exterior chrome moldings are in excellent condition. The only weak chrome is on the inside around the windshield. It could stand to be redone or if you decide, leave it alone...flip a coin. The air unit under the dash is not installed, but goes with the car. All compressor & dryer & belts are installed. (see pictures). The body paint has no chips or scratches......the paint is nice as showroom. The car is straight. The sheet metal is extraordinary....none finer!!! Check out the PA inspection sticker...1976! !!!!!
