Here is a cool and interesting bike that was recently reconstructed as a vintage Cafe Style Sport Bike utilizing many new parts and also good vintage parts where able. To the best of our knowledge, this particular bike began as an original 1976 CB750F Super Sport Honda motorcycle. It is titled as a CB750F and the title is clear, free and ready for transfer. We believe the engine is an original 1977 CB750F Super Sport "Black" Engine which has been spot painted and re-installed. It runs good and shifts well. The aluminum ignition switch box is a vintage accessory from years ago and it houses a simplified wiring system. The bike was recently put back together with new lowered handle bars, new cables, new hand grips and controls, etc. The carbs are jetted up and have new mesh/chrome open air filters. The bike has an older vintage header of unknown make and it is in good solid condition but has been header wrapped for aesthetics. The front header gasket rings need replaced. A custom baffle was constructed and bolted in to quiet the bike slightly. Yes, it is removable if you prefer. The brakes have been gone through and the front tire was recently replaced. The rear tire is probably good enough for around town riding, but is due for replacement also. There are no turn signals or instruments on this motorcycle, just a simple brake/head light setup and the appropriate wiring for the engine. The mileage is unknown and is marked EXEMPT on the clean title. The seat is the original pan that was cut down and modified to get the lower simple Cafe style seating position. This bike was recently pulled apart and the frame was painted and the tin work was custom painted utilizing base/clear with hardener, and it was then hand striped and lettered. The bike is rich Jet Black with Cream trim and red striping. Much of the aluminum parts were polished out and then brushed to get a vintage look. The oil tank has a dent in it and could stand to be replaced or refinished, but works fine as is. The bike is just recently reassembled and is a good runner that could use some final detailing to make it very very nice. Not a show bike, but a cool vintage old runner. There is a new battery and the bike starts right up with the electric key start. Sold as is with no expressed warranty. A good solid old bike that has been nicely done that we would love to be able to keep, but it is time to let it go. We hope someone buys it who will love it like we do.
