This 69 Karmann Beetle Convertible went through a full restoration to the tune of around $8000 around 2003. The car was driven up until 2007, but unfortunately has been sitting since then. I had plans on getting it back on the road again and giving it to my daughter...but situations have changed and I am going to sell her. The top back window is now worn. The paint still looks great but there is some bubbling in some spots and a couple of small holes. The gas tank was leaking and taken out and repaired...but needs to be clamped back in and hooked up. The car has the EMPI Shift. The interior is nice...just needs a little tlc and cleaning. A full carpet set was made for the front including a carpet to go over the spare tire. The car runs GREAT when the gas tank is hooked up. Actually is VERY perky and quick. I am going to put a VERY low Buy It Now price in order to try and get her sold quickly. Someone if they spend a little money to get the car back to where she was...will be getting a KILLER DEAL. You wont find another 69 bug this nice for this price....period. Clear Florida title.
