Vehicle Detail

1957 Ford Fairlane Skyliner.... This is a great restoration project, and would be an easy build. Spent alot of years in storage, so there is minimal rust issues that are normally associated with these vehicles. There has been a rear floor board rust repair in the foot well area, but the rest of the floors and under the rear seat is nice.. If you need pictures of specific area's, I will be happy to get them too you.. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RUST THROUGH IN THE TRUCK AREA, SOME OF THE PICTURES MAY APPEAR TO RUSTY, BUT IT IS ONLY SURFACE... LOOKS MUCH BETTER IN PERSON... This car runs and drives, but now has a 390 ford engine rather than the 312 it came with. It has a new Edlebrock carb on the car and it runs VERY SMOOTH (No Smoking) I personally think the motor swap is a bonus, and makes alot better driver.. The brake hydraulics and lines have been rebuilt or replaced, so the car is road worthy. The fuel tank is out of the car at this time for cleaning, so it will need to be reinstalled.. The Retractable Top works, but I think it has a limit switch problem. You can pull the switch and the top will work about half way through, unless you trigger the Solenoids for the next action by hand.. The top will complete every task necessary, so all the motors and cables are good. The securing Screw heads all work properly, so no issues there. This is a POWER STEERING AND POWER BRAKE CAR, with no AC. I believe the AC option is nothing more than an under dash unit with a compressor mounted on th engine, so it should be very economical to install. This is the perfect restoration car, so dont start out with a previously restored car that may have hidden issues. My reserve is very low and far on a car of this quality.. I will entertain offers, so dont hesitate to purchase this car early before auction close. I have the right to end the auction at anytime due to it being on the market locally, so dont miss out.... For any questions, feel free to give me a call anytime at 580-263-0454 Robert or Email at Iamtheonlyreal1@yahoo.com I am always available, so please dont hesitate. I am not normally a FORD guy, so I will provide what ever information you may need. I would post the picture, but EBAY will not let me remove or add any additional pics. Vin Number as posted on top....
