1987 Monte Carlo SS. 2nd adult owner, 34,000 miles since professional build, 355 small block (4 bolt main), flat top 4-relief hypereutectic pistons, TRW TP-240 cam, World S/R heads with Crane roller rockers, Edelbrock intake manifold, Holley Street Avenger carburetor, Hooker headers, MSD ignition, MSD plug wires, MSD coil, pushing 360 hp. 200 R-4 Trans with electric/manual 4th gear lock-up, 3:73 eaton posi lock rear end. Fast and fun to drive. Has gotton 18 mpg on long trips. Beautiful paint & interior, glass T-tops with factory covers, Sony CD player with USB port hook up. Stereo not in pictures. I just had it installed. Very clean install. Still have factory stereo goes with it. Kenwood subwoofers. Story of the car this far. Original owner lived in Alabama until 1995 when he moved to Beloit, Kansas. It was his daily driver. At that time it had 100,000 miles. That is when he put the 355 small block you see above in. It was from then on kept in his garage and only taken out for occasional drives. He was a older guy and must of been very picky. The interior looks brand new. This guy traded this car and a truck in to a dealer for another vehicle. That is when I found it in Salina, Ks. two years ago at that dealership. Of course I did not believe the dealer when he was telling me about the car. I did a carfax check and found it to be a one owner. I even called that guy and he told me the story about the car. I am in my mid 30's and would consider myself to be picky about the car too. I have always had it in a garage. And it has always been kept clean. Which leads me to why I am selling it. I moved a year ago to a new town. We now live in the county. I live two miles out on a gravel road. Until a month ago I had been keeping it in my sister's garage. I drove it one time on our road.
