I bought this jeep and drove it home form Utah in 2008. I have not had any troubles with it. Runs good drives good for a 1982 CJ. The jeep was rebuilt 10,000 miles ago. I bought the Jeep planning on finishing it but dont have the time. I mean it was done and needs to be retouched up, and was not to my standards. I had intentions of making a really nice street jeep, I just dont have the time. It has 5 inches of lift, 32 inch tires, Fuel injected chevy 4.3l, 3spd automatic tranny, 4x4 works. I bought a set of soft springs, Full traction Shackel reversal, new soft shocks all in the effort to make it ride smoother, and it does. Locking center console. full size spare with matching tire and wheel. I have two sets of roll bars, one is the factory one and the other is the "family style" where the top bars go all the way back to the back. It has a full Soft top matching with the seats, with a sun top for the family style bar. Custom bumpers Hi lift jack. I recently installed a new stainless dash with new gauges. Other stainless items. This will make a nice ride for someone. There are a few minor things that need buttoned up but nothing to difficult. Please ask questions if you have them.
