  I am selling my 1992 Volvo 245. This car has been a fun project for me over the past few years. In 2007 the car was featured on turbobricks.com. In 2008 It won first place at EURO Auto Festival in Spartanburg, SC and at that same show won the VCOA (Volvo Club of America) Goldenrod Award for Best Technical Innovation. In 2009 the car had a centerfold article done by VCOAs Magazine “Rolling” for their spring issue.Car layed down 319whp & 347 foot pound of tourqe at the wheels on the dyno. Over $15k invested. I have debated selling this car for a long time but now it’s time. I have far too many other projects and not enough time to give this car the attention it needs and deserves. My hope is that someone will buy it and take to levels I only dreamed of. Here is a list of all the current mods on the car: 60/48 T3/T4 Garrett turbo with a ported exhaust side Ported/machined flat/ 90+ manifold with bigger studs NQR intercooler CFI 46lbs. Fuel injectors Walbro fuel pump Modded APT internal wastegate valve for t3 5bolt,high flow 3” V-band High pressure 30 PSI Wastegate actuator large diaphram, large can Custom  3” exhaust with V-banded down pipe 3” 960 AMM with custom intake & K&N filter Flex-a-lite 16” 2,500 cfm Syclone e-fan 3” row radiator 160 thermostat IPD turbo cam Freds LH2.4 ignition & fuel chips Volvo diesel HD Motor mounts Getrag 5speed Transmission with custom mount (getrag had recent fluid change) w/new stage 3 clutch from Clutchnet Volvo M47 shifter made to fit a getrag tranny Shortened custom drive shaft with HD u-joints, new center bearing, and support rubber M5 rubber gweebo for the getrag stage 3 clutch from Clutchnet Modded G80 locking differential Full ipd suspension i.e. sway bars, adj. torque rods, adj. pan hard rod with poly bushings Bilstein HD shocks & struts TME lowering coils with one coil cut of the fronts Powerslot Front rotors Grooved 530 head Cibie E-code Headlamps & front turn lamps as well as new rear tail lamps NKG Iridium plugs All new Stage 0 parts Always used Castrol Motor Oil and Mann Filters for every oil change A/C works but needs to be charged. It has R-12 The vehice was in a small accident in early 2006.The old title was flagged as a salvage title and has a new SALVAGE-REPAIRED TITLE on it. This does not effect in anyway the insuring & tagging of the vehicle.
