Classic cat with 351 4V cleveland engine and automatic transmission.Green exterior with black vinyl roof, perfect chrome bumpers and correct Cougar emblems. Headlight valances work perfectly with no delays or sticking and no noise. Sequential tail lights work perfectly and all plastic light lenses are like new with no cracks or chips.Tires have less than a 100 miles on them with Cragar 500 rims with spinners. Interior is green with simulated leather seats, center console and in dash working clock.all gages are in perfect shape with crystal clear lenses. The dash, door panels,and center console are in excellent condition with no warping, cracks or fading.She fires right up and runs great with no sputtering and smooth shifting tranny. Keep in mind, this a 40 year old cat and does have its issues but nothing major. These are 1) both doors have dime size blisters in the lower corners and the passenger door has 2 scratches about 3" in length and abou 1/16 in width. 2) the transmission leaks, not sure which seal is the problem. 3)the sail panels behind the passenger seat look to be the original and need replaced only if you dont like the look of them. Pictured below 4) The interior light switch on the dash sticks to the on position, for this reason I pulled the fuse to prevent battery drain. Those are the only issues with this car. Considering that Mustangs, Chargers, camaros and other classic muscle cars have peaked in value, its only a matter of time before people remember the forgotten muscle machine that was the Cougar and wish to own 1. This car needs very littel work to make it showroom condition ( if thats what you want) or she is a good daily driver. Thanks for looking.
