Your chance to feel like Steve McQueen! Beautifully restored 1996 Porsche 912 in deep rich silver that is a fun car to drive with its excellent handling and 5 speed transmission. This 912 has been rigorously and well-maintained and looks like it just came from the showroom. Car rides extremely tight and does not rattle. Mileage is unkown. Black bucket seats, dash, floor mats, door panels, sun visors and headliner are in excellent shape as well as all chrome on the car. Has 2 year old Michelin tires including spare that were specifically purchased to match the tread design of the original tires. Die-Hard battery is two years old. All gauges, lights, warning lights, license plate lights, cigarette lighter and dash lights work. Also includes original German Blaupunkt radio with German knobs and the radio still works. Comes with original manuals, original tool kit and spare parts. Car is as close to original as you can get which is how I prefer my cars. This car is originally from the Santa Barbara area where it was originally restored and then purchased at a charity event auction by the next owner in Boulder, Colorado. I purchased the car about 3 years ago. I have collected many cars over the years and this is my favorite. I prefer driving this car over my M3 as it is just so much fun and gets so much attention. People may not ask for your autograph but they will ask for a ride! Car is priced to sell and and I require the winning bidder to make a $1000 deposit within 24 hours of end of auction.
