1974 Honda MT250 MT 250 Elsinore Don't let this one get away, up for auction is a rare Honda MT250 Elsinore. These bikes are getting tough to find, especially complete ones like this. Bike is in running condition but needs a little TLC, I have seen these models fetch north of $3K in restored condition. With only a little work this could be a really nice bike. I have the clear title in hand, has not been registered since the mid 90's The Good: New battery, New seat cover, New top end, clutch and trans are perfect, brakes front and back work perfect carburator was cleaned and runs, but I also have a new jet kit for it (not easy to find). Tires are in good shape, chain is good, new coil, points and condenser. No Leaks! The Bad: Front forks need new seals. needs new light on off switch. Kill switch works but the housing is cracked. Needs a replacement headlight bulb. nutural light does not work. needs air filter foam. gauge lights do not come on. one footpeg is missing the rubber cover, turn signals do not work. The Ugly: Chrome is pitted on mirrors, licence plate bracket, wheels have some surface rust, side battery cover mount is cracked.
