Vehicle Detail
Hello, This is my 1981 corvette I purchased 2 years ago, I always wanted a corvette and finally got it and it has been a blast! But, I now have a 16 1/2 year old bugging me to get another car and my wife wanting to go on a cruise and something has to give......... It runs great , shifts great, I have replaced the carpet, all brakes plus calipers , rotors, and brake lines. I replaced right side rear wheel bearing, (left side purchased and is included but you can install), left not bad but thought Id get both just in case.Did full tune up and replaced tires at 52000miles, so the Indy 500 tires have less than 2000 miles on them! Exterior is in good shape, not perfect, paint has flaws and looks nice but not show.. interior is real nice, carpet new seats good enough that I chose not to replace them. The mileage I believe is accurate I do have the carfax that showes no different, but the title does say mileage exempt I think due to titling as antique? Not sure but be aware mileage is listed as exempt. Everything in car guages, radio,(am/fm 8 track) works except for the power antenna. stuck in up right now.All lights and windows work great and as they should, car is inspected and in full running condition. On Jul-12-10 at 16:15:33 PDT, seller added the following information: Im sorry I didnt mention about the A/C. I is not working although it is all there but the belt. I never tried to check into it cause the car should be driven with the T -tops off! ( just an opinion)! On Jul-12-10 at 16:19:31 PDT, seller added the following information:The A/C is not hooked up although all there but the belt, I never tried to hook hook it up. I prefer to drive it with T-Tops down!
