1979 FORD THUNDERBIRD HERITAGE EDITION This is the Maroon version of the 1979 Heritage Edition Thunderbird with the 351W V8. It is a two owner vehicle with very low miles (93000+) that has been very well taken care of. The body is in great shape with minor paint nicks. This car is original, but I have replaced the brake master cylinder, thermostat and thermostat housing using original reproductions. Cars at this age that are this nice are very rare!!! It was garage kept the mass majority of it's "life" and I have kept the dash covered with rugs and under a car cover while not being driven since I bought it. The interior is flawless. It has power windows, locks, and drivers seat. The original leather dash is intacted with no cracks or tears. The plush headliner has no defects what so ever and is just as nice as the day it rolled off the line. The headlight covers work without issue. It rides like a dream!
