Vehicle Detail
This Ford F-150 2wd has been built from the ground up, the engine is a 460 7.5L V8, i was told it was a Police Interceptor but I'm not sure. The engine has a Edelbrock carb and intake, a 2" carb spacer, Hedman 3" headers, a Holley fuel pump, and a Summit Racing electronic ignition. Most Ford engines have some oil leakage, but not this one. The Bearing and Seals were all replaced less than 3 months ago. Bolted to the engine is a brand-new C-6 automatic transmission with a shift kit, this has less than 500 miles on it. In the back its got a 1-Ton 10.25" rear axle. The axle was rebuilt and had a Eaton Posi-Trac differential and a Motive Gear rear ring and pinon ratio 5.13. This was all done about a month ago. The Remington Mud Brute tires have 95% tread left, they too were just purchased this year. Its got a Super Lift 4" Suspension lift. The truck came with an old ripped up bench seat, which i replaced with Lariat bucket seats and center console. This truck runs and drives great! It has been a project and could use just a few small things to finish it up, Currently the Speedometer doesn't work due to the transmission change, and its got the usual rust of this year. My plan was to cover this up with Fender-Flares but it shouldn't be too hard to fix. The A/C wasn't working, so is was removed, but the Heating works great. If you need to know anything else feel free to ask. I've put over $6,000 in this truck in the last two years. This is a great truck, and i'm sure it will be tons of fun for the next owner.
