Up for auction is a Willys C-101 Jeepster Commando. Vin tag has been removed from firewall so not quite sure of year. I did alot of checking and the Jeepster Commando was made from 1967-1973 but this model has the "Dauntless Buick 225 v6" which was only installed from 67-69. Engine runs pretty smooth with a little exhaust leak. It is a automatic tranny and everything in the powertrain seems to work except the brakes. All the lights and blinkers and even the horn works. The gas tank is here but not installed. I have a little can under the hood so it can run. The body is real sound other than a couple dings here or there. The floor pans under where your feet go need to be replaced. I know that this is a Jeepster Commando but im not sure if the military got ahold of it cuz it has a truck like cab with a box on the back and it is all one piece with the cab enclosed so that is why I think this is a rare find.
