Classic 1968 Firebird 350 V8 Coupe. Great condition, I am the 2nd owner. I have owned the vehicle for 18 years and it has been garaged for 18 years, except for when it is was having interior restoration and painting. The body has no bondo, its all metal, and quarter panels and door skins were applied after small minor rusts was cut out. The body work was done by a professional general motors body repair person. He was also the one who painted the vehicle. The paint is original Dodge Viper yellow. The inside dash is painted with the same yellow paint which gives it a very distinctive muscle car appearance. The car has all original parts, the motor, the trans, rear end, all have matching numbers. The vehicle has a 350, 8 cylinder, 2 barrel motor with a 3 speed automatic trans. The motor was rebuilt by Scarborough Engine Rebuilders of Darlington, S.C., a very well known engine rebuilder. The engine has less than 1000 miles since it was rebuilt. The trans has also been rebuilt and has less than 1000 miles since it was rebuilt. The rear end has been reworked and has no problems. The vehicle has factory air conditioning with a new compressor, power steering, and power brakes with new brake booster. The new exhaust system has been installed from the motor all the way back. Turbo mufflers are installed which gives it a nice muscle car sound. (They are not loud or disrupting) All new interior has been installed including seat foam, seat covers, door panels, carpet, headliner, & back deck at window, all is black. There is Pioneer CD/AM/FM stereo installed w/ new speakers. All chrome is original, except the rear bumper, the 350 chrome decals on hood, and the exterior door handles. These are after market. All other original chrome is in excellent condition. The vehicle has a new front and back windshield. All other side glass is in excellent condition. New window felt and rubber is installed. New rubber around doors was installed. The vehicle has new Viper directional tires that has less than 1000 miles on them. Vehicle is very solid and tight and can be driven anywhere. This is a smoke free car and has been well taken of. It even has a new car smell when in it. Do not really want to sell, but I am out of work, 1st grandbaby is being born, and have another son who is getting married, so needless to say, I NEED THE MONEY!! I WILL MISS IT!
