Beautifully Restored Automobile The MG TF's are considered by many to be the most beautiful MG ever produced. The long flowing lines are gracefully curved in the most sensuous form. Never known for overly spirited acceleration, she makes up for it with great handling and that amazing look. This TF is equipped with the 1250cc engine. The chrome wire wheels are in pristine condition. The ground up restoration was completed just a year ago and the car shows very well. The total mileage on the car is 40,454 miles. She has only travelled 2000 miles since the restore. All of the numbers indicate that she is an original car with all original powertrain and matching chassis. The car runs and drives as new. Nothing was overlooked. She is offered with a brand new top and side curtains. The rails for the top have been completely restored and it just needs to have the top installed. The paint on this car is amazing. The body is perfectly straight and the fit and finish is absolute perfection. This car commands so much attention. People can't take their eyes off of her as she is going down the road. If you don't like drawing attention to yourself, don't drive this beauty around. The car is being offered for sale by her owner. Life changes necessitate the sale. The car is available for viewing in Bend Oregon with proper notification. There are no disappointments with this one. She does of course characteristically mark her spot with a tiny drop of oil...she is a Vintage MG...she is supposed to. She starts easily, runs very smoothly and performs as she should. This is a beautiful example of a rare car. She was built on April 2, 1954 (thank you Barrie from the MG Register for that!). There were only 4580 of these ever produced.
