HOW MANY 1930 BENTLEY ROADSTERS HAVE YOU EVER SEEN ?? I HAVE FOR SALE A UNIQUE REPLICA OF A 1930 BENTLEY ROADSTER/CONVERTIBLE. The car runs and drives incredibly well. It was built on a 1967 Volkswagen chassis. The car has always started and ran very well the entire time I have had the car. The car has a VW engine and has plenty of power, and sounds very nice, no smoke or funny noises. The car has a 4 speed manuel transmission which shifts excellent, no whines or noises, the clutch is in great shape. The brakes are VW and are in very good condition. All the gauges work, the lights, turn signals, horn, speedometer all are in good working order. The gas tank is in the front of the car and unscrews as a hood ornament. The car is simply incredible. Recent sales of real ones are nearly a million, but who would do such a thing when an opportunity like this exists ?? The wheels and tires are in very good condition and there are no shakes or raddles at all. The body is all fiberglass and is in relativly good condition. Everywhere I go people just stop and want to chat. Every light I pull up to here in Boca Raton, Florida people smile and wave. Driving down the road, it actually looks like a million. The car was recently painted so the finish is quite good. Its not a show paint job, but its not bad at all. I bought the car to have something intresting to take to car shows and just drive once in a while but circumstances have changed and I no longer have the time to do so. The car could use a very little bit of TLC but all and all its ready to use today. The underside has no signs of rust of any kind. The car will drive along at 40-50 miles per hour. I have actually had it up to 60 once. The top is OK but has some patches, I was going to replace but never got around to it. To replace it with snap on side curtains is around $1,000. Inspections are welcome. Keep in mind that the car is a kit. Someone probaly spent well over $50,000 to create this car way back in the 70's. The car is stored indoors right here in Boca Raton, Florida. It would make an incredible car to leave down here in Floida at your second home. For international buyers, I will be happy to work with the shipping company. One of the best things about this car is that it is titled as a 1930 Bentley, not as a replica which is incredible. I got the car from a man in rural Tennessee who had a Tennessee title from years ago titled as a Bentley. Do not bid on this car on impulse, make sure it is the car for you.
