First let me start by saying that I know firsthand how difficult it can be to buy a car sight unseen and relying only on pictures,so I will describe this Mustang as accurately as possible to avoid dissappointment for either of us.You are looking at my 1984 Ford Mustang LX with 50,800 or so original one owner miles,title still in owners name which shows purchased new.It has a 3.8 litre V-6,automatic transmission and runs very well,no mechanical issues whatsoever.Recent tune-up,ignition wires,valve cover gaskets,brakes all around,runs smooth and quiet,no leaks or smoke,very reliable.Interior is extremely nice for it's age,showing minimal signs of wear,by no means perfect, but very presentable,no tears,dashboard is perfect with no cracks,all gauges clear and functioning,the passenger visor is missing.Exterior is clean,repainted at one time in it's original red,done very nicely,but not of show quality,very presentable.Bla ck bumper guards are scuffed in some areas as you can see in the pictures,easy touch-up.Rear view mirror on passenger side has a small surface crack.Converible top works perfectly,power top with full glass back window and parade boot as well in it's original bag.Also has a/c which has a fresh charge of R-12.Some of the weatherstripping is worn where the windows meet the top as to be expected on a 26 year old car.All in all a good clean old Mustang with lots of life left in it,again by no means a show car,just a good clean driver.Any quesstions please fell free to ask,I will answer promptly and honestly.Please also check my Feedback and bid with confidence.I am 50 miles north of New York City,fly in and drive home!!
