1965 Ford Mustang Coupe, project car, rebuilt 200 straight 6, Automatic transmission. Car is complete and origional. I bought it from a good freind who got it from his grandfather who was the origional owner! Bought this car a number of years ago for my wife, did the motor, and was going to get going on the body work, and just do not have the time or money. Body has the "standard" rot, slight on the fenders and quarters, but more significant on the floor pans, and torque boxes. Some of the common areas under the hood, do not have any rot. I tried to take plenty of pictures underneath, if you need any more let me know. I am NOT a body man, but it needs work, and I will try to answer any questions you may have. The engine ran well last time I drove it. I had it professionally rebuilt. It had an idol problem, someone explained that there was a common wear in the carburetor that wasn't fixable, so I bought another one, that is not yet installed. Last time I tried to start it, the starter stuck on, I assume that is because of lack of use. Never had any problems with the transmission. The interior is in great shape, the car has always been garaged, so I don't think there are any tears. The carpet is bad and needs to be replaced, but the seats and dash are in great shape. All the glass is there and intact. There is a box of small parts and 2 axles, a number of bolts, washers and gaskets. There is a huge Chilton's manual, and some of the origional paperwork. I also have 4 origional hub caps, 4 or 5 origional keys, and that other, rebuilt carburetor.
