13. Dealer's Services: There is a $125 dealer's services fee with every eBay vehicle purchase (This includes the $75 Doc fee).
14. Extras, Rebates, et cetera:
a) Vehicles for sale may or may not have floor mats, extra keys or remotes, owner’s

b) Unless otherwise specified, all new vehicles will be sold with rebates/cash incentives to dealer. If vehicle qualifies for an incentivized lease or retail purchase special APR, at the consumers request, we will add back any cash incentives that cannot be used in conjunction with "special" APR offerings.
