You are bidding on an Original 1966 Pontiac GTO NOT A CLONE !!!!! This was to be my car before divorce got in the way. I will attempt to explain what has already been restored and modified and what needs to be done for the car to be completed. The car has now been 4 years in the making and I'm real sorry to see it go prior to completion. Someone will get a great car. Already Completed: Paint The car was restored from ground up fram off restoration, it is painted dark metallic gray. The frame to body bushings were all changed with urethane bushings. And the frame was sand blasted and painted black. The Body New Hood, Front Fenders, Doors, Rear Full Quarter Panels, Rocker Panels, Inner and outer fender wells rear. New trunk floor, new interior floor, Front End All front end tie rods bushings and arms were replaced with new high performance parts. The Front Drum Brakes were replace with a new power disc brake system. The motor is a 400 cu/in completely rebuilt by Bigs ALS TOY BOX OF New Milford CT look him up on the web. The transmission is automatic Totally rebuilt. The motor needs an intake manifold, Carburetor, Distributor, and exhaust system and its ready to go. The front and rear windows I have and need to be installed. Also the door glass needs to be put back into the doors and rear quarters. The car needs tires and wheels. I have all the chrome moldings and they have been repolished, they are original. The interior consists of high back bucket seats and a rear seat they are covered in white in great condition no rips tears or marks, this is the original interior that came with the car. I have the bumpers that are in great condition, the fuel tank should be replaced. The dash is in great shape it is the original GTO dash with gauges, and wood grain trim panel. I have all new nos in the boxes GTO emblems fro the fenders and such. The list goes on and on. If there are any questions please feel free to ask.
