Vehicle Detail
2002 Lexus LS430. I purchased this vehicle on EBAY in January of 2006 with 17,300 miles on it and have owned it since that time. It currently has 98,200 miles on it. It is in excellent shape! The color is called Black Cherry. I replaced the 2002 rims with 2006 Lexus factory 18 inch chrome rims that I purchased from L.A. Wheel and Tire. I had the windows professionally tinted by Sun Control of Minneapolis, MN. Other than changing tires and oil all I've had to replace is an oxygen sensor in 2007. The vehicle had been in an accident and purchased on auction by the dealer we purchased it from so you will see that on the car fax. It has not given us any problems and is in excellent used condition mechanically and cosmetically. I'm very particular about my vehicles and take very good care of them. The carpets inside are very good. Better than you'll find for this type of vehicle at a dealership. The leather seats are very nice! The wood trim is excellent! We shopped around before purchasing this vehicle and could not find one in similar condition at a dealership. The tires are Z-Rated BF Goodrich 235/50/18's. They have about 15,000 miles left on them. The vehicle does have some blemishes on the exterior. There is a scratch 2/3's of the way down on the drivers door. It is about an inch long. There was a little bit of a paint blem above the passanger side front tire. It is about 2-1/2 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. I touched it up last fall when I saw it and brought it in and was told it would cost about $100 to fix. I've just left it as it isnt noticeable unless you're looking for it. There are some small paint chips on the front nose of the car 1/16th to 1/8th of an inch in size. I used touchup as soon as I saw them. I typically wash our cars by hand and maintain them as I see these types of things. If I keep this car, I would probably replace the trunk lifts as they are getting weak. We live in a small rural town. This vehicle has excellent miles on it. Our typical trip is highway 25 miles one way. We've taken two extended trips, one of 2000 miles to Wyoming and one of 2400 miles to Tennessee. I dont think our vehicle has seen more gravel than a parking lot. We still owe a couple grand on the vehicle and will provide clear title as soon as it sells and the title is released. Reserve is less than $10K. Please ask all questions before bidding. Cash and/or Bank-Cashiers Check only. $1000 deposit due within 2 days of auctions end. Full payment due within 7 days of auction end. Buyer is responsible for shipping and or picking vehicle up. I have purchased a number of vehicles on EBAY since 1998. From daily drivers to collectors and as recently as this spring. Please take a look at my feedback and bid with confidence. Thank you for looking! On Jun-23-10 at 19:37:48 PDT, seller added the following information: I've had several questions on the title. The car fax shows a couple accidents the original owner had with this vehicle ( in 2005). The car has a regular title. There is no rebuilt or slavage title. The car fax lists frame damage. There is no fram damage. I believe when a car goes on auction, depending on the type of accident or damage, they are required to list any potential damage. If you're interested in the vehicle, you are certainly welcome to have it inspected before bidding. I'd also ask you to look at my feedback. I've purchased several cars and have feedback for 4 other vehicles that I've sold on Ebay. Feel free to contact those buyers as well. Thank you for looking! ;o)
