1979 Super Beetle Convertible This Bug is a great little car and is ready for the road or some fixes, upgrades and paint to bring it to show level. Here is a list of items that are in need of attention Gas Guage is not working Radio is not functioning Window seals need replacing Left front fender has a small crease The bug was previously owned by my wifes parents and used as a tow car or dingy behind the motorhome. When they were not traveling the car was garaged and covered. The top and interior are in excellent condition, clean with no tears rips or scuffs. The engine and transmission have 43k on them and are solid. Tires are in good shape and the brakes are good. Some of the drawbacks that I mentioned above are the paint. The hood has some paint releasing from items being pinned underneath and the usual paint pocks from being a towed vehicle. There is some nice pinstripping for detailing. The spare and trunk are in excellent shape.
