1999 DODGE DURANGO GREAT RUNNING AND FUN SUV Up for auction I have a great running Durango with only a couple of minor details which I will explain at the bottom section of this ad. I am only selling because we are moving further from our job locations at the end of the month and will need a more economical vehicle for our commute. Since the purchase of this vehicle (112K) I have had over $1000 worth of work done to it including new stereo system. The Durango has been nothing but fun to drive for us. The previous owner put on the mud tires (which I don't care for loud on the road) they used to pull there ATV's to the dunes with it. The Durango shows 120K now however I was told that engine was replaced at 100K. No docs to prove that but engines purrs like a kitten but lets out nice little roar when accelerated due to the flowmaster exhaust system. Plenty of room inside and even more when seats are down. I had to transport a full size chevy hood and was amazed at how easily it fit in. There are also hidden compartments in the back which come in really handy as well. The inside of the vehicle is quite clean really the only way I like to keep my vehicles. The outside of the vehicle is pretty straight for the most part but will need a repaint or touch up after minor right rear panel is repaired (missing paint patch). I was quoted $175 but just never got around to doing it. The front right fender has been replaced and is primered. The paint is fading in some areas as well. If I was going to keep I would have just repainted after minor repair work. Durango would look awsome. The prefilled listing shows this having electric seats, well it does not, but has electric everything else. I will now list a couple of minor things that will need attention when you have a chance to get to them but in know way affects the drivability of this Durango right now. Drives very nice. A/C blows but will need recharge Small crack in front windshield If Durango has been sitting overnight or for more than 10 min after shutting off it will sometimes not want to start right away on the first crank but always on the second. Shop told me I could have a weak fuel line somewhere but if it didn't bother me, to not worry about it right now. It has always done this since purchased and 6000 miles later it has never let me down. Absoloutly does not affect the way the vehicle drives at all. I feel very confident that you could fly out and drive this Durango home. But please remember about the nobby tires. If not I can assist with load or taking to transport yard for you.
