Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is a nice 1971 Ford Bronco Sport. This bronco runs and drives very well. It has a rebuilt and great running 302 with an aluminum Edlebrock intake and Holley carb (may need some adjustment). It cranks right up and sounds great as well. It has a manual transmission (3-on-the-tree) that is very tight and shifts easily. The brakes are drum all the way around but they stop great. This bronco has power steering and a new power steering pump. The power steering works very well, but every once in a while it will be hard to turn and then it goes right back to easy. Transfer case shifts without any problems. All the 4-wheel drive components work properly. It has newer 33 inch Maxxis Buckshot Mudders (lots of tread) on Crager Black Spoke wheels. It has a winch that works and is easily removeable. Also so has a very nice tow bar (have pics if you would like to see it). It has all the original floor mats, the original front seats (need to be recovered), the original door panels, and original dashpad. The body on this bronco has a few bruises but overall it is very solid. It has some rust in the front floor pans and some on the tailgate (outside was cut out but inside is still there-see pics), but other than that, it has very little rust. The inner front fenders are solid, along with the rocker panels, doors, door posts and strikes, rear floors, and rear quarter panels. The black stuff on the rear wheel wells is old carpet backing. Passenger side fender and grill have some damage. The rear passenger side of the top has some damage as well as the front, above the windsheild (looks like it was pushed in and hammered back out). If you need more pics of any of these areas, just let me know. All the glass is good except for the drivers vent window. The rear fender flares need to be replaced. The bronco has all original factory trim (grill, chrome headlight rings, bezels around side markers and tail/brake lights, upper door trim, belt line trim, stainless vent windows, still has both rear reflectors, and even has the chrome trim on the drip rail!!). All lights work, electric wipers work, and gauges work. This bronco would be a great bronco to immediately use off road or completely restore/modify as one sees fit. It is not perfect, but has great potential! NO RESERVE!! BID TO BUY!! I'm sure I have left something out so ask any and all questions and I will answer honestly and quickly. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping arrangements and costs. Thanks so much for looking and good luck!
