1939 Ford Deluxe Tudor Sedan, chassis off restoration in 2004 by previous owner. Selling as part of father's estate do not have storage once the home is sold. Original flathead engine does not smoke or use oil. Father was retired Master Mechanic and Ford enthusiast. Mohair interior, upgraded to 12v alternator with converter to accomodate and keep original 6 volt lighting. Will also be selling as part of his estate his vintage 1949 Ford Racing car like he and his brother drove in the 1950's and 60's. Was still racing recently in vintage racing with former NASCAR champion David Pearson. Email with any questions and will answer or get answered from local vintage Ford knowledgable individuals.On Jun-09-10 at 19:18:43 PDT, seller added the following information: The engine is the 59AB we understand to be 85hp. 40,000 miles is shown on the speedometer, but of course we do not know the actual mileage. It is unknown when or if the engine had been rebuilt or bored, but from the looks something was done at some time. Since dad owned we know he did put in a new gas tank for whatever reason and sending unit. I understand the gauge may be off and understand this is typical as the sending units are harder to calibrate. He did put new type shocks on and we are checking to make sure we also have the original knee action ones. Prior owner also had radiator completely gone through.
